I was inspired to design this project when I saw the stunning Stonehenge Gradations range. That first weekend, all I had was a 30 cm cut each of 6 graded colours and I was too impatient to wait for more fabric so I worked on a few ideas then started to cut and play. The design is based on a previous pattern, “Woven Ribbons” only this time I have added the scattered sunbursts, and added a new, flat 1” binding to enhance the modern feel.
